Bloody LOVING this. Follows the story of Rosie Viva, an ex model (relatable, right?) who was diagnosed with bipolar 1 in her mid 20s.

Her description of herself as a child is alarmingly similar to my experience, traits, personality and relationships wise.

She charts the challenges of the diagnostic process, the resentment, anger and denial of the diagnosis, and living with bipolar disorder whilst learning about how it will shape your life, somehow bringing light and humour to a somewhat miserable topic. I am finding her writing deeply relatable and comforting.

Turns out, maybe I am completely normal, and totally fine?!
