Must admit, this is a re-read. But, for good reason. Appeals to my childish ambitions of a career in neurosurgery. Stories of brain surgery, and the delicate balance between life and death. A compelling read. Plus, can't help but fancy Henry Marsh a bit. Have never googled him as don't want to shatter the illusion.
